The remains of an old jetty at Loch Etive in the Scottish Highlands provide a suitable subject for abstract work with an almost 3 dimensional effect. Hang it left side up and it looks like a Cinese or Japanese motif; hang it right side up and it looks like birds in flight.
About John McKinlay
